    Dr. Teresa Birkmeier-Fredal MD is board certified in Family Medicine and has received additional training in Bio-Nutritional approaches for the prevention and treatment of chronic disease.  After ten years of practicing Conventional Family Medicine, she has now shifted her focus exclusively to the practice of Restorative Medicine - a discipline that combines holistic health principles with cutting edge discoveries in Cellular and Molecular Biology.  Her aim is to uncover the causes of her patient''s symptoms, and treat them at their source - thereby restoring a state of physiologic balance so that her patient''s can feel well again.
